Check-in was a hassle. I had to clarify my reservation multiple times due to confusion over naming conventions, leading to unnecessary frustration after a long drive. While the room looked sleek, the air conditioning unit was noisy enough to disrupt a good night’s sleep, which is a problem I’d rather avoid. Additionally, the parking situation was misleading. I thought I could find something reasonable, but ended up paying through the nose for it, which dampened the overall experience. Lastly, there were loud noises in the corridors that kept me awake, which was disappointing for a stay meant to be relaxing.

However, clarity regarding the breakfast options could be improved, as there was some confusion about its cost.

I recently stayed at the AC Hotel in Bricktown and had a great time. The location is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance of tons of attractions. The gym was fantastic, well-equipped and clean. My room had a sleek design and stayed spotless throughout my visit. The shower had great water pressure, which always makes a difference. However, the parking fees felt excessive at $33 a night. It’s frustrating when you're already paying for a room. I also faced a minor issue with the toilet in my room. I had to manually reset it a couple of times. Despite that, the staff were friendly and responsive. My overall impression was quite positive, but I'd suggest re-evaluating the parking situation to enhance the guest experience.
